The
bill (Reg. No.7049) authorizes the
central authority body in charge of agriculture to set
the register of documents necessary for wine produce; define the procedure of their
submission,
adoption and coordination. Pursuant to the effective Law, this right belongs to the Cabinet of
Minister.
According to the authors of the bill, authorization of the Cabinet of Minister is illogical, as these actions are in competence of the central body in charge of agriculture.
The document excludes the following statement from part 4 clause 15 of the effective Law: "pursuant to the order adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine."
